Shipping & Delivery Fees and Times
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.00 shipped within the Continental
US. (Sorry, free shipping is not applicable to orders shipped to Alaska
or Hawaii) For order under $50.00, shipping is only $8.00 no matter how many
items ordered! Orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped directly from
the Wooden Duck in Skippack, PA. UPS Standard Ground Service is used unless
otherwise requested. Make sure you give us a valid email address at the time
you place your order, this is very important! Orders sent to PO Boxes, APO and
FPO addresses are shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post. Since delivery
tracking is unavailable for Parcel Post delivery, we are unable to guarantee
receipt of your order.
There may be items that require an additional shipping amount to be charged
due to the size and/or weight of the item. These charges are clearly indicated
in the description field of the item being purchased.
Most orders received Monday through Friday before Midnight (EST) paid by
credit card, will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days(excluding Saturday
and Sunday and most holidays) provided the items are in stock. There may be
a slight delay in order shipment during peak holiday seasons.
Inventory changes regularly. We try to update inventory every 24 hours.
On rare occasions an item will run out before we have a chance to update the
website. You will be notified via e-mail or phone in the event any item in your
order is backordered or no longer available.
If you would like to check the availability of an item before you order, please
call the Wooden Duck Customer Service Department at 888/584-2163 between 9:30
AM & 5:00 PM EST 7 days a week. If your item is not in stock, we can give you
more information regarding estimated delivery times. We will notify you via
e-mail if there will be such a delay.
UPS Tracking Number
Once you have received notification of shipment, you can procure your tracking
number by accessing your Wooden Duck account and clicking on "Order Tracking".
You then can cut and paste the tracking number into the UPS web site (UPS.com)
to review the progress of your shipment. In some cases it may take a day or
two (if an item is shipped on a Sat or Sun) for the tracking number to show
up on UPS tracking.
Express or Expedited Delivery
For additional fees, we offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, and other shipping
services. These services are optional and are offered on our shopping cart.
Note: UPS Ground US Postal Service Parcel Post are the only free services we
offer - all other requested shipping fees will be charged to your order.
Email Confirmations
When you place an order from the Wooden Duck, we will send you an email
confirmation. The email includes your Wooden Duck Order Identification Number,
please use this ID # on all correspondence with us. It is extremely important
that you provide us with a current and correct email address so that you receive
this important message.
